Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga, also known as flow yoga, connects many different poses into fluid sequences. The sequence of postures can vary in any vinyasa classes. This particular style of yoga is meant to emphasize non-attachment and the transient nature of reality. The transitions between poses are emphasized. In vinyasa, the breath is meant to connect the poses. Specific breathing techniques, such as Ujjayi breathing, are used.
