Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a deliberate style of yoga practice. It includes individual postures, held for longer periods of time. It is gentle and attentive to each body’s alignment in each pose. There are two parts to the word hatha. The first, “ha,” means sun. The second, “tha,” means moon. Hatha strives to join the two principles of body and mind.
